Introducing the Barth Family Film Festival

Today we are going to start something called the Barth Family Film Festival. In this episode my dad is going to tell you the rules, how we do it, and how you can participate in helping us choose the winner.

Monday Special: Harry Potter Potions

Today's episode is a little different, but still fun. We discovered a video contest on Youtube to invent a Harry Potter style potion. We have to show what the potion is called, how to make it and what its does. So we filmed this today in order to meet the deadline. So make sure to click below to watch it and pass it on in case we can win. Then I could be Youtube's featured video for the day and that would be cool.

In case you are wondering... when we had the idea, we wanted someone to play the part of "my sisters first date". We tried very hard to find a teenage boy, but all of them we knew were at scout camp. And none of the neighbors were home. We even rode our bikes around to try to find a teenager, but we didn't find any. So my dad had to play the role, which is really weird. But only people that know us would know its my dad.

Friday the 26th: Swim Time!

Today it finally started to get hot and feel like summer time. So we went swimming. I am glad mom and dad got a pass so we can go alot.

Tuesday Errands

Time for today's installment of "Tanner's Summer Adventures". Hope you like it!

Summer Adventures: Day 1

Today was my first day of summer vacation and how did I get to spend it? By going to the dentist to have one of my molars removed! Fun for me! It was totally easy because the dentist made me really numb... and I got goofy with the laughing gas. The tooth they pulled out of my was HUGE.. the roots were bigger than the tooth, but it needed to come out.

To give us something to work on, my dad and I are going to do a video journal to document the summer break. It will just be a short little video to show you what I am up to each day... but it should be a lot of fun.
